Job Description:

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Convert education classes to SCORM packages using proprietary education platform
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and/or learning development software a plus
  • Coordinate engagements for education delivery with internal and external clients
  • Respond to first level support issues related to proprietary learning platform
  • Support workflow to provision products to clients ( Welcome emails, Act as a point of contact for questions or basic troubleshooting, Follow up with client needs to ensure quality
  • Perform testing of content on learning suite prior to client release ( Report issues or findings to Training Director and/or Technology team as required )
  • Support the development or authorship of new learning, policy, or procedural content
  • Support .com or marketing collateral needs and updates under direction of Training Director
  • Assist in the planning, developing, and coordinating of mortgage learning and authorship projects
  • Modalities include but aren't limited to: Web-based self-study courses, Webinars, Classroom events
  • An understanding of competitive products to Indecomm Mortgage U (training, compliance, authorship, publishing, etc.)
  • An understanding of Indecomm Mortgage U products, specifically learning technology offerings, authorship offerings, consultative practices, education offerings, etc.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience o Learning and Development, Marketing, Communications
    • Industry designations preferred, CMB or AMP
      • Direct mortgage banking experience. Thorough understanding of the mortgage process and key players in the industry
        • Experience authoring, editing, and/or reviewing written documents, preferably on mortgage banking topics
          • Experience in web-based course development or publishing
            • Proficiency in Office 365, including SharePoint
              • Outstanding verbal and written skills, including authoring learning content and/or technical documentation
                • Outstanding interpersonal skills
                  • Demonstrated commitment to client satisfaction and support
                    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
                      • Strict attention to detail and concern for accuracy
                        • Self-motivated and able to perform detail-oriented job functions with limited supervision as well as participate in team efforts
                          • Task oriented and deadline driven
